This site is all about judging a site's design. (Currently, 791 designs are randomly rotating, and they've been voted on 35,956 times.) Please try to ignore the content of sites presented as best as you can... and try to give high votes for sites that you think have original, accessible, pleasing (or shocking, wichever you prefer), and hi-quality layouts. Ugly or boring designs on the other hand should be voted numbers in the lower range.
Of course, design is just one part of a good site, and a page with a low-bro design may have great content... for particular purposes even "bad" can be effective! Also, it's only natural that sites with a very minimalistic but accessible layout tend to rank lower here.
